You turned away

Tangled limbs held together
with fallen breath.
Twisted thighs
Reaching into the night
.
Your head turns away
And I’m left with the scent of your hair
The nape of your neck
Calling to me
.
A jigsaw of hearts that tesselate
Turning as a key in a lock
Comfortable and warm
A lovers embrace is born
